I was part of an unveiling to debut a state of the art facility called the NASCAR Fan and Media Engagement Center sponsored by HP.
This facility will monitor the internet and determine how NASCAR can best serve their customers by listening to what they are saying and create ways to answer those questions.
This idea of listing to the internet got me thinking.
What are our customers saying about us and what could we do to get them talking about us more passionately and more often?
As we all get busy and pulled in a million different directions it is important that we continue to listen to the needs of our customers and develop systems to stay plugged in.
